ISGROUP Methodology

The ISGROUP methodology draws on current best practices in the software industry. The methodology covers all aspects of the project life cycle from inception, development through to delivery. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used for all models.

Depending on the project size, complexity and architecture, ISGROUP will partition the development phase into a number of programmatic milestones within agreed time-frames. This ensures that the customer understands the work-schedule, milestones, and risks of the system development.
