William Brammer

William Brammer has been actively involved in the commercial and legal marketplaces for nearly three
decades and has practiced law for nearly a decade. Mr. Brammer’s diverse career includes both private
sector and government service and covers a broad range of subjects such as retail investment,
sophisticated IT technology, military and defense information and weapons systems, management consulting, performance measurement and quality management. His vast experience allows him to leverage his breadth of knowledge and skills in addressing his clients’ issues in his legal practice. Having started his own company as well as working for and with other emerging businesses, Mr. Brammer is exceptionally attuned to the needs of nascent businesses and the panoply of issue that may be raised as they strive to succeed in the market place. As a result, Mr. Brammer focuses his practice on working with newly formed and graduating small and medium sized enterprises.
In addition, Mr. Brammer’s extensive experience in managing federal contracts allows him to assist companies in navigating the federal contracts process as well as ensuring their compliance with federal and defense acquisition regulation and positioning themselves for success in the federal marketplace.

Mr. Brammer is admitted to the District of Columbia, New York, and US Tax Court. Admission pending to the Commonwealth of Virginia; US District Court for the District of Columbia.

Mr. Brammer has a BA in Foreign Affairs from University of Virginia, Master of Public Administration in
International Management from George Mason University, and Juris Doctorate from Washington College of Law, American University.
